KplusK have worked with Arup to create a sustainable resort on the tropical island of Cebu.

The project consists of the creation of a new sustainable Hotel development, which directly addresses the issues of water management, the engendering of new Bio diverse environments, both on land and in the sea, and the creation of a series of habitats that have a truly symbiotic relationship with the site and nature.
