KplusK have created a world class Hotel in Central for the Ovolo Group, our Client for 16+ years.

KplusK created the first Ovolo serviced apartment in Arbuthnot Rd, Central Hong Kong in 2002. We have subsequently designed every Hotel and Serviced apartment complex for this Operator. Working with e5 and with the management team of Ovolo, we structured and managed the evolution of the Brand, whilst creating 12 Hotels, Serviced Apartments and F&B outlets in Hong Kong.

 

Today it is one of the most highly regarded Ground-breaking and innovative brands in Asia.

 

In 2012, The Ovolo Group commissioned KplusK to recreate their first “baby” into a luxury hotel whilst at the same time creating twice as many guestrooms, reflecting new demands made of the City’s Hotel Environments.
