The Masterplan currently consists of 10 individual Villas

Villa A1 is the first villa of a masterplan development sited in the foothills above Senggigi beach on the western coast of Lombok. The terrain faces South-West, to capture magnificent views of the surfing beaches of the Lombok Straits.

The villa is created as a series of steel framed pavilions, clad in White Cirebon Palimanan and linked together with extensive sun decks and a massive infinity edge pool of 1,770sq.ft.

The sun deck features a cantilevered steel framed cabana, to provide outdoor shaded areas to the jacuzzi pool, external dining area and recessed pool lounge. Adjacent is located a BBQ area with pizza oven and Argentinian charcoal pit for entertaining.

Beneath the pool is located a 3.68 metre high  Lounge bar with private balconies, an outdoor covered Yoga deck with Spa treatment facilities,  and a 520 sq.ft glass fronted Gymnasium.

The residence consists of 5 en-suite bedrooms, in three buildings, with the master bedroom sporting an outdoor Onsen and shower facility.

The buildings are designed to be Climate Appropriate, with large overhanging and highly insulated roofs providing shade to the buildings and deck areas, low carbon footprint steel-frame superstructure, solar heating to the pool, fan assisted climate controls and LED lighting throughout the development.

Utilising the world-beating stone craftsmanship of Lombok and Bali, the villa is constructed using a host of Indonesian stones, including Palimanan, Batu Candi, Kerobokan and Limestone.

This single villa is created with 12 individual pavilions and over 8,420sq.ft of GFA.
